The Launch!!!
On Monday the 10th of August we had our CANstruction Launch at school. It was great! Everyone had something to do. I presented a powerpoint, Simran did an introduction, Lachy talked about the theme "My home Australia", Adam and Kasuni talked about Planet Give, Tyler, Darren and Charlotte talked about donating cans.
We were going to do a dance but we decided not to. LOL!
How to Identify a Need and then Help Others in the Communituy
Fisrt of all how to identify a need. The media plays a big part in helping us identify needs. This might be on the tv, radio or newspapers. Another way is when a charity or an organisation put out a campaign about a relevant need.
Then helping others in the community.There are a few simple and easy ways that you can help others in the community. For example you could donate some money or some household needs, or there are some other ways you could help like, doing a readathon or a walkathon. You could even just give some love and support.
